Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The property will charge additional fees if the number of people staying in a unit is more than the number of people on the reservation. See the extra persons policies. Please note the office has varying office hours. Contact the property for more details. If you arrive outside of business hours, the keys will be left with security at the entrance of building. Please note that parking is limited to one space per reservation. Please note the credit card the guest used to make the reservation must be presented upon check-in for payment. Please note the property does not provide breakfast. The restaurant located beneath the accommodation is not owned or managed by the property. Daily housekeeping service is available upon request for an additional fee.
