Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit card on file to guarantee the room two days prior to arrival. If you need to reserve a room with a pet, a fee of USD $25 per pet per night will be charged upon check-in. Maximum of 2 pets per room @ 20 pounds per pet are allowed. A valid credit card is required at the time of check-in. If paying with debit card, a deposit of up to USD 250 may be pre-authorized for incidental purposes. The deposit will be refunded after a full inspection of the room after check out.
