Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Roll-away beds and cribs are not available in classic rooms. A one night room and tax deposit will be authorized 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Starting 21 Jan 2017, the Hot breakfast will no longer be offered, only a snack bag will be served, which will include a bottled water, granola bar, cheese stick, and a seasonal fruit. Due to the close proximity to our lively new bar and lounge, The FIFTH, any room located in the new building (which includes suites, luxury, and luxury view rooms) are subject to additional noise from events hosted by The FIFTH. To ensure that our guests are able to get a rejuvenating night's rest, most nights these events will finish at 23:00 or earlier. On weekends, the entertainment can go a bit later, ending at 0:00.
