A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Starting from March 1st 2024: It's a $150 non-refundable pet fee plus $15 extra per day for cleaning. Dogs are welcome (just one per room, please) if they're polite and well-behaved. We're setting a weight limit of 50lbs for our furry guests.
