Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that cash is not accepted. A valid credit card must be provided. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note: Occupancy may be restricted by local ordinance. Generally, a room with one bed may be occupied by one or two persons. A room with two beds may be occupied by no more than four persons. If your party consists of five or more, an additional room or rooms must be rented to accommodate the additional people. An infant may be added to the total number of persons permitted in rooms, provided that the Manager has a portable crib available, which is adequate for the weight of the infant. The property only accept chip credit or debit cards. Please note that only 1 regular sized vehicle per reservation. The parking lot is unable to accommodate large vehicles such as large work trucks, RVs, trailers, all sized buses, Uhauls, and any other large sized vehicles.
