Valet parking charge : $48.15 daily for standard cars including sedan cars, SUV, and minivans $64.20 daily for Commercial vans or vans up to 15 seats. Please note that Ocean Drive is closed to vehicular traffic. Valet parking is located in our sister property President hotel (1423 collins avenue, Miami beach). Guests will have access to the rooftop pool at an adjacent hotel. Please note the guest's identification used at check-in must match the name on the reservation and the name on the credit card used to pay for their stay. Guests under the age of 18 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note a USD 150.00 per night, per room deposit will be charged on the day of arrival for incidentals and is refundable. A daily mandatory resort fee will be charged and covers cost of: - Continental breakfast - One-time welcome drink - Bottles of water in room (2 per day) - In-room safety deposit box - Beach towels - WiFi - Unlimited Local calls Please note the resort fee is subject to tax.
