A damage deposit of USD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that only weekly housekeeping services are provided. For a stay of 8 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen and more. Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time. Additional housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. The grab-and-go breakfast served includes breakfast bars, muffins, mini donuts, coffee, and tea only.

All pre-paid reservations will require an incidental deposit of 100 USD - Cash only. A Debit or Credit Card is required for a 50 USD, Incidental Deposit at the time of check-in. A valid bank-issued Debit or Credit Card with ID is required upon check-in. Cardholder must be present with a physical Identification Card or Debit Card with Chip and Identification Card at the time of check-in, copies not accepted. The hotel does not accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, Cash, Pre-Paid Cards, Gift Cards, or any Nameless Cards. Credit Card provided will be authorized 24 hours prior to arrival to confirm a guaranteed reservation. Declined Credit Cards Reservations will be cancelled.
