Swimming pool #1 is closed from Tue 03 Sept 2024 until Fri 23 May 2025 A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, guests must be at least 21 years old to check in. Please note, guests must be 21 years of age or older to access the swimming pool. The swimming pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Please note, a prepayment deposit via credit card is required immediately upon booking to secure your reservation. If the charge is unsuccessful, the reservation will be cancelled by the property. Please note, a nightly resort fee will be charged upon arrival. The fee includes WiFi access for 2 devices per room, unlimited local calls, access to the fitness centre for 2 guests and a USD 5.00 self-parking voucher. Please note, early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. Additional charges may apply. Resort Fee Inclusions will now include the following: - Coffeemakers in each room - Basic in-room Wifi for two devices per day - $5 credit per stay toward self-parking - All local calls - Fitness Center Access for 2 per day at each property; no lockers or shower access Pool is currently open from 12:00pm- 5:00pm (reservations are required) 21+ over only A refundable $150 per stay credit/debit card authorization is required at check-in for incidentals (suites may require additional deposits).
