A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. There will be a USD 100.00 incidental deposit upon check-in. Please note that the safe usage is for an additional charge of USD 2 day. This charge will appear on the guest's bill and may be removed upon request at or after check-out if the safe isn'y used. A personal safe with a limited warranty up to USD 10,000 of loss (as a result of a forced entry)is located in each room. Smoking in Comfort Suites will incur an additional fee of USD 250. Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure. Alternatively, a cleaning fee of USD 300 applies. Please note that pets are not allowed in the Comfort Suites. Only ADA-certified service animals are permitted. Housekeeping service is offered every 3 days, additional service requests can be arranged for an extra fee.
