Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Quality Inn in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The credit card and drivers license must match the name on the reservation. Debit cards are not accepted. Minimum age to check-in is 21, unless prior management approval is given. Management approval is given when the parent or legal guardian of the guest who is under the age of 21, provides written authorization and the hotel's credit card authorization form is completed prior to check-in. The parent or legal guardian will be held responsible for all incidental charges. Guest must present a valid government issued ID at check-in.
