The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that for bookings from 8 March 2019 until 18 March 2019, all guests must be 18 years of age or older. Please note that the guest name and credit card used at time of booking must match the guest's name and credit card at check-in. For third party authorizations, please contact the property after booking. Please note that starting March 6th, 2023 until March 23rd, 2023, a parking fee will be charged per stay and per vehicle, and a damage deposit of 200 USD will be charged during these dates.
