Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Prepaid credit cards are not accepted forms of payment for reservations at this property. Property does not accept third party payments. If a guest other than the card holder is checking in, please contact the property before arrival date to obtain and fill out an authorization form for the guest to stay on their credit card. The authorization can be sent either by fax or by email before the guest is due to arrive. Dogs only allowed with a maximum of 2 dogs per room. Pet fee is USD 25 per dog, per stay. This property does not have an elevator.
