Seasonal Swimming Pool is closed from Sun 29 Sept 2024 until Wed 14 May 2025 A damage deposit of USD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that pack-and-play infant pens may be available at check-in for a fee of USD 25.00. Availability cannot be guaranteed. Friendly dogs fewer than 60 pounds are welcome, but must be registered in writing at time of check-in. There is a $25 +tax fee per dog per night. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if your pet is aggressive in any way, or disturbs the quiet enjoyment of our other guests. Unregistered pets will incur the steep deep cleaning fee of $300. Pets may not be left unattended in the guest rooms. The $300 deep cleaning fee will be also applied if pets are left unattended in the unit. NO CATS or other types of pets are permitted and would incur the deep cleaning fee.
