This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note building construction will be done near the property from 01 April 2018 until 30 June 2019. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbance. Please note that renovations on Nebraska Street are taking place from 1 July 2017 through 31 July 2018. No services will be affected. Guests must be at least 21 years old to check-in. Guests under the age of 21 can only check-in with a parent or official guardian who is at least 21 years old. On-site parking is not guaranteed. Contact property for details.
