Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the credit card used to book the reservation must be presented upon check-in, along with a photo ID for verification. The name on the reservation must match the name of the guest who is checking in. If guest is unable to provide the credit card for verification, a credit card authorization form must be sent to the resort by the cardholder prior to check-in, or an alternative credit card must be presented along with a photo ID matching the cardholder name for verification. Failure to provide valid payment could result in the cancellation of the reservation. Any advance deposit previously collected on the credit card used to book the reservation will be refunded to the card on file and payment will be obtained on the credit card presented by the guest at check-in.
A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Please note that the minimum age for check-in is 18 years old.
Please note the resort does not offer daily maid service. For weekly stays, the resort will provide 1 mid-week cleaning.
CONSTRUCTION ALERT: Our property will be undergoing renovations October 28, 2024, through November 11, 2024. During this time, parking may be limited. Construction may occur from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The pool and hot tub will also be closed, but an off-site pool option will be available.
