Guests must be at least 21 years or older to check-in. Busses and large trailers cannot be accommodated. One parking space is provided per room. Additional parking spaces must be reserved with the property in advance. All guests must provide a valid government issued ID as well as a chip enabled credit or debit card with the same name that was used for the booking upon check in. All pre paid reservations have a 100 dollar security deposit added at check in and released upon check out if there are no issues. All reservations are authorized for one night plus tax prior to arrival
