Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of USD 25 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note guests must be 18 years of age or older to check-in. If there is no member of the party over the age of 25, a NON-REFUNDABLE $55 damage protection fee is required.
