We need it noted somehow that we only have 8 standard 2 queen pet-friendly (dogs only) rooms and that guests need to call the hotel directly in order to guarantee one of these rooms. The guests are coming to the hotel stating that they are putting it in their comments however we are not receiving them and with only 8 rooms if they don't call then we can't guarantee it when they arrive.
