Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note: Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check in at Palm Canyon Resort. A daily taxable resort fee is charged upon arrival. Resort Fee Inclusions: 10% discount at the Spa, sport court access (volleyball, basketball, tennis and paddles upon request), press reader access during guest stay, self-parking, and wifi. Pool Policy: Daily pool access wrist bands will only be issued to registered guests. For safety, guests must be at least 48 inches tall to ride the large waterslide. Maximum room occupancy will be strictly enforced. One Bedroom Suites allows a maximum of 4 guests. Max occupancy for Two Bedroom Suites is 6 guests. Check-out guests are not able to utilize the pool/resort amenities due to high occupancy. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in, along with a photo ID for verification. The name on the reservation must match the name of the guest who is checking in. If guest is unable to provide the credit card for verification, a credit card authorization form must be sent to the resort by the cardholder prior to check-in, or an alternative credit card must be presented along with a photo ID matching the cardholder name for verification. Failure to provide valid payment could result in the cancellation of the reservation.
