Please inform Alhambra Villas in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The credit card used for booking and a photo ID must be presented at check-in.
If a guest is unable to provide the credit card an alternative credit card must be presented along with a photo ID matching the cardholder name. Any advance deposit previously collected on the credit card used for booking will be refunded to the card on file and payment will be obtained on the credit card presented by the guest at check-in.
Please note that the name on the reservation must match the name of the guest who is checking in.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older in order to check in without a parent or official guardian.
